We are committed to providing you and your little one a positive dental experience! As a part of that, we maintain a financial policy which you will be required to sign as the guardian of your child. All patients must complete our “Patient Information Form” before seeing the doctor. Payment in full is due before services are rendered, based on estimates only. Since we are a pediatric practice, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for the minor’s account.
Medicaid
We are happy to accept Medicaid patients, but please check to ensure you know your coverage and please bring your current insurance information with you to your appointment.
We also work with CareCredit to help you finance any dental needs your child may have. CareCredit is a financing credit card to help you cover any dental costs incurred. You may read more and apply to CareCredit, by clicking here.

Payment
We accept most major insurances and we accept Cash, Check (not post dated), Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment is due in full before services are rendered. If you are using insurance, we are happy to provide estimates based on your insurance plan, but you will be responsible for the balance as these estimates are not a guarantee. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure you know your coverage and please bring your current insurance information with you to your appointment.
